Duncan is a highly experienced, competent and qualified Security Risk Consultant with over 15 years global, operational experience in both the military and commercial sectors. Familiar with operating in high risk environments, Duncan has first-hand, in country experience of the threats faced to an organisation, its operations and its key assets. Previous experience has Duncan well versed in providing intelligence updates, vulnerability, threat and risk assessments, journey management and crisis response to teams deployed in both benign and hostile locations. Before operating in the commercial sector, Duncan served in the Royal Marines and completed a number of operational tours, most notably as one of the first conventional troops on the ground during Operation Telic, Iraq.

Duncan’s final military appointment was as the troop commander for the Royal Marines Sports Presentation Team. His remit was to produce detailed programmes, training serials and co-ordinate the instructors on the delivery of team building, team development and leadership training. The combination of this experience, and Duncan’s extensive training portfolio, allows him to develop and deliver a range of high quality, industry relevant training programs for private, corporate and government clients. One of Duncan’s key roles is managing the design and delivery of the industry leading, Security Risk Management Consultants Course.
